Description: "The Clash of the Titans" is set in the Greek city of Argos where a war is about to explode between man and the gods. Perseus (Sam Worthington) raised as a fisherman, but is actually a demi-god. Perseus is the son of Zeus (Liam Neeson) who is about to take on the gods after the death of his family. Zeus' brother Hades (Ralph Fiennes) was the one who killed his family, and Perseus wants to kill him. However, it is Perseus's destiny to rescue the city of Argos from the ruthless rage of Hades and his Kraken monster. With nothing to lose, Perseus leads a band of soldiers on a quest to defeat the Kraken. In doing this, Perseus will prevent Hades from overthrowing Zeus and in turn destroying mankind. Descrierea: Nascut din zei, dar crescut ca un muritor de rând, Perseu (Sam Worthington) nu reuseste sa-si salveze familia de furia lui Hades (Ralph Fiennes), razbunatorul zeu al Infernului. Nemaiavând nimic de pierdut, Perseu se ofera voluntar sa conduca o misiune periculoasa pentru a-l înfrânge pe Hades înainte ca acesta sa ia puterea din mâinile lui Zeus (Liam Neeson), împiedicând astfel venirea Iadului pe Pamânt. Lupta pentru suprematie îi aduce fata în fata pe oameni, regi si zei, iar confruntarea dintre zei ameninta sa distruga pamântul.
Perseu începe o calatorie plina de pericole pe tarâmuri interzise, în fruntea unei cete de razboinici curajosi, printre care Draco (Mads Mikkelsen), care îl încurajeaza sa-si foloseasca abilitatile deosebite datorate descendentei sale divine. Ei au de înfruntat demoni invincibili si monstri înfricosatori, iar unica lor sansa de supravietuire este ca Perseu sa-si accepte puterile de zeu si sa-si creeze propriul destin, sfidându-si soarta.
Warner Bros Pictures, în asociere cu Legendary Pictures, prezinta Clash of the Titans / Înfruntarea Titanilor, o productie Thunder Road Film/Zanuck Company, o fantastica experienta cinematografica în 3D. Regia este semnata de Louis Leterrier. Scenariul este realizat de Travis Beacham, Phil Hay si Matt Manfredi, dupa filmul “Clash of the Titans”, în regia lui Desmond Davis si scenariul lui Beverley Cross. Producatorii filmului sunt Basil Iwanyk si Kevin De La Noy, iar producatori executivi Richard D. Zanuck, Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni si William Fay. Imaginea este semnata de Peter Menzies, Jr., scenografia de Martin Laing, iar montajul de Martin Walsh si Vincent Tabaillon. Costumele sunt create de Lindy Hemming, iar coloana sonora este compusa de Ramin Djawadi. Efectele speciale sunt create si supervizate de Nick Davis si Neil Corbould.
